Program Description
The Project Management Assistant program prepares graduates for employment in today's fast-paced and technology-driven workplaces. The program provides learning opportunities which introduce, develop, and reinforce academic and occupational knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for job acquisition, retention, and advancement. The program provides instruction on the use of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications software to input, manage, interpret and communicate information. Students are introduced to the basics of project management functions and processes as well as general knowledge of the human behavioral aspects found in the workplace environment. Graduates of the program receive a Project Management Assistant Technical Certificate of Credit.
Note: All occupational curriculum within this program must be completed with a “C” or better in order to graduate from the program.
